    Garth Graham, MD, MPH, is president of the Aetna Foundation. In his role, Dr. Graham is responsible for the Foundation’s philanthropic work, including its grant-making strategies to improve the health of people from underserved communities and increase their access to high-quality health care. A national authority on health disparities and health care quality, Dr. Graham is a frequent spokesperson for the Foundation on health care and health equity issues. 

    Dr. Graham previously served as deputy assistant secretary in the U.S.

    Gillian Barclay, DDS, DrPH, is vice president, Programs, of the Aetna Foundation. In her role, she leads the development, execution and evaluation of the foundation’s national grant programs and cultivates new projects within its three focus areas:  reducing obesity, improving health care equity and promoting integrated health care. As part of her responsibilities, she also is a frequent spokesperson for the foundation, presenting its work and the accomplishments of grantees to internal and external constituents.

    Sharon C. Dalton, Vice President

    Sharon C. Dalton, MBA, is vice president, Corporate Relations, where she leads the localization of the Aetna Foundation’s grantmaking in its priority communities, executive-sponsored corporate public involvement activities, and foundation and philanthropic relationships.
    During her tenure with the Aetna Foundation, she has helped to shape the organization’s philanthropic strategies and programs, and has forged partnerships with nonprofit organizations across the nation.
